Horrible app
This app doesn’t work. I run it on Android and iOS as backup and both systems fail to notify me when an order comes through. Every order gets canceled and I have no way of knowing unless I flip through the order tabs and check. Customer support, which by the way does not have anyone who speaks english, just says to reinstall the app which is futile. They can’t comprehend that is the reason I run it on two systems to ensure that I get the order. I set the app to automatically pick up the order, but No notifications, no alarm, no anything except a list of cancellations. They blame the iPhone and the Android devices as the problem but the apps are compatible with the app according to Apple and GooglePlay. We show them videos of the app running side by side on the two operating systems and how they are unstable. They don’t accept that it is a problem on their side. They won’t even compensate for my loss of money. Pure trash.
