ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีการควบคุมคุณภาพแม่บ้านไหม
ใช้บริการแอพนี้มาเกิน 10 ครั้ง ครั้งล่าสุดจองคนใหม่ สรุปทำไม่สะอาดเลย เลอะเทอะกว่าเดิมด้วยซ้ำ และบางจุดไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดเลยด้วยซ้ำ แถมแม่บ้านกลับก่อนเวลา เหลือเวลาอีกเกือบชั่วโมง แต่แม่บ้านขอกลับแล้ว ทักไปแจ้งแอดมินผ่านไลน์ก็ไม่ได้รับการตอบกลับใด ๆ แต่ยังโฆษณาโปรโมชั่นได้ปกติ สรุปไม่โอเคกับการบริการทั้งจากแม่บ้านและจากแอดมิน คงไม่ใช้บริการอีกแล้วค่ะ

Rubbish services and team
This company was slow at response and tell u nothing.
I submitted everything to request a deep clean then it took me 3 times proactive follow-ups to get them reply of a nearly double of the price initially quoted.
Then i requested a normally clean up and they said not possible. While this can be avoided if they made it clearer on the price and potential consequences and their slow SLA.
I even made my flight earlier for this. This really screwed me up.
And their CS team expected me to know their full internal operations. What a joke!
