Good app
Does what I need, easy to access. It does have glitches that I wish were fixed: I can switch from personal to business account but not back, it locks up if I leave the app even for a moment to say submit my routing and account. To name a few. Otherwise I’m happy with it

The staff is so helpful. The app is easy to use. It has everything one would need to do online banking and you care about people in the planet.!!
Bank great, app is not
Beneficial State Bank has been great to me so far with the customer service and loan process. However, their app is NOT user friendly at all. When trying to add account info to set up auto payments, it does not give me the option to continue/save after adding all the info needed. When trying to exit it of the payment area, it either doesn’t remind or tries to take you back to the payment area. Very frustrating.

User interface is so bad I’d pay a higher interest rate
If I knew how bad the user interface on the app as well as on an internet browser was I would have just stayed with my other loan and paid a higher interest rate. Setting up and changing automatic payments is horrible
Pretty good!
It has gotten better with the updates and rebrands! But can still be a bit buggy at times, like when I change my username
Down hill
The old app was quite good. They did a whole change and now it’s slow and buggy and it’s just sad to go from something decent to something worse. I get just slightly frustrated every time I log in. I do like the bank.. the people are great.. but this app and the functionality.. bad
Long time customer
Online banking and bill pay is very difficult, non intuitive, and extremely difficult to use.

I’m totally regretting refinancing my auto loan. The app is slow and the navigations screens are horrible.
I just scheduled a payment on the wrong day and you can’t cancel it. I have to call in now to cancel it.

It was difficult to setup my bank account for payments. Odd. You have to attempt to make a payment first and THEN you can setup a bank account. Such a strange app.

Not Beneficial at All
This is supposed to be new and improved banking but you actually made it harder to access loan accounts. It is probably to continue beating customers out of the additional $5.00 to pay by phone.

I often can’t get into my accounts
There is a bug loop where I’m told that my session is expired and that I must log in again. Haven’t found a way to break the loop.
This app is horrible
I’ve only been able to make an auto loan payment through this app once. Now it keeps redirecting me to the old page.
Getting worst
Been using this app for over 1 year and every month is a different issue, can’t pay my auto loan and need to find different ways to pay it.
If I pay 1 month trough phone the next month it won’t work. Need to fix that issue

Auto Loan pay
The system Before was way better and easier, Now , one month i was able to pay threw the app, and now all of sudden it doesn't let me again, keeps redirecting you to old page. This is even after doing all the steps that they tell you to do . Does the same thing while on desktop.

This app is so bad I can’t even figure out how to pay my payment. They make is so hard to get a hold of someone on the phone as well. If you’re considering this bank, find a different one. I’ll keep this review up unless they fix their app.
Ugh
I swear this app is the worst app when trying to get a hold of someone or trying to call to pay your bill. It always reroutes you to a different web page and it never shows what you want. Ya need a better pay system!

Basic functions don’t work on iOS
Complete dysfunction
The newly updated app is totally dysfunctional — a poor redesign, difficult to log in, hard to access balances, and forced to interact with customer service to complete basic tasks. Wait times for customer service run over an hour. Tech has never been Beneficial’s strong suit but this app is a huge inconvenience and step backward.

I’m unfortunately the app has gotten worse since their update.
Broken App
I downloaded the app in hopes it would speed up my payment process but that was not the case. It freezes every single time I try to enter the payment portion for my auto loan.
