Benefit Body is THE BEST fitness studio in the valley. I am challenged both physically and mentally in EVERY single class, and no matter what kind of obstacles I’ve faced during the day, I always leave there stronger and happier. I’m so grateful to have learned to embrace and accept my body, thanks to the wisdom and guidance of the amazing owner/master teacher Nikkita. Truly, a whole new level of appreciation has been reached, thanks to the magic and badassery that happens at this home away from home. 🙌🏻
