Just FYI, developers
I downloaded this app because my company offered it while I’m doing my annual open enrollment health benefits for next year and right now I put in my username and the screen is just stuck at the password section. I can’t even type my password. Let alone click any links around it. It just froze. I already took care of my Benefits on my laptop, but I was hoping that this app would be more convenient for me so until you guys fix the bug, I’m only gonna leave it on my homepage hoping that it gets updated and then I will finally experience your app completely. So I’ll give it a three stars cause I don’t even know how the app felt like. please and thank you.

The app is constantly glitching. It freezes with nearly every single login. Please get IT to fix the app.

Every time I try to log on, it’s is stuck on main screen. I can’t scroll up or down or select anything. It’s basically like a picture instead of an app.

This app is less than useful. Open the app and I locks on the main screen. You cannot select anything.

I’ve tried logging out and restarting the app, but it still doesn’t work. I even completely deleted and redownloaded the app with no success. The app just stays frozen on the main screen after you login. Hopefully, they get this issue fixed soon.
Dark mode is illegible
Our company just switched to this for our benefits. Seems ok except if your phone uses dark mode the text is black on a black card (with the overall background still white), which makes reading your benefits impossible unless you switch to light mode or use the web version. The webpage this app points to for problems also wont let you submit a problem 🤷
