Rude and not helpful
I have been fighting a claim for almost a month with all proof showing I paid. The most recent call I was clearly upset and yes crying due to stress. The lady I was speaking with was NOT sympathetic to my stress & threatened hanging up on me.

Touch ID frequently fails
I gone through the process of enabling touch ID through this app numerous times. I’ll close the app come back to it a month or two later and it will forget that I have already enabled touch ID (I have to set it up again!!!). I am losing the time-savings and convenience of this app supposedly having against touch ID when it does not remember my password (after I HAVE enabled Touch ID). Please fix this bug!

Update Broke the App
After updating the app, it won’t load anymore.
Very easy app!
I updated my daycare receipt very easily and submitted for my reimbursement all through the app. It was seamless.
Leaves much to be desired.
Can’t do basic things like delete a wrong image attached. Hard to find contact info. Claims don’t match what’s submitted.

Card declines
My fsa card always declines everytime I use it. But the app seems easy to use.
Glitchy and Slow
Incredibly annoying app — glitches constantly. Wish I could use something else but unfortunately this is what my job uses for our FSA/HRA.
Lame
It took two months for them to reimburse me for an ambulance ride to the hospital. The people I talked to said they couldn’t prove it was a medical bill, but the bill said ambulance service. What else would
You take an ambulance for?? Two months of calling, after a while I couldn’t get a live person. I had to get my HR dept involved and after a month of that, it was reimbursed one day. What a joke

Horrible, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!
I have never struggled so hard to spend my own money for medical expenses. Benefit Help solutions claim to know my insurance coverages and require repayment on bogus amounts from money spent. EVERY medical expense is denied in some way or repayment required. Avoid using them to keep your sanity and time. I will never trust them managing my money via flexible spending account again.
