Doesn’t work
UT has a QR code to get this app. I can find the company, says it’s linked, but login page either doesn’t load or doesn’t work if it does load. Uninstalled it.

Buggy app
Lots of popup links don’t work. I also echo another reviewer’s poor sentiment of not being able to find insurance card info or a number to call. You’re better off accessing this info on a computer imo.
An atrocity
The most miserable experience I have ever had with an app! Everything is ungodly slow, login takes five tries to work, the app is actively hostile to any attempt to do anything.
Couldn’t access an ID card
Nowhere on the site could I find a way to get an ID card for my vision coverage. Instead it wanted ME to upload a photo of the front and back of the ID card I don’t have and was trying to get a copy of in the first place. So frustrating! I pay almost $1500/mo for insurance and can’t easily find a way to get a print out of my ID card for my daughter’s eye doctor appointment tomorrow. Ridiculous!

All I want to know is if I have any sick leave. It can’t tell me. They just don’t care.

I have never had an app that was so difficult to log into. Absolute garbage!

It is very user friendly and gives you a comprehensive breakdown of what your benefits are as well and what your cost will be biweekly.

Can’t view IDs or benefits on the benefits page, only thing that works is the manage benefits button on the home page

No option for past year benefits history
There is no way to look back the previous year benefits
No support at ALL
The app is terrible if you have a life event. No call in center or support line. No info about errors. Messy and untested for any particular changes. It works when you have initial setup only. Majority of reviews are bot fake!

Won’t let phone save password. Constantly need to verify via text even after it just verified. Network provider lookup is buggy at best.
Needs updating
What’s the point of a benefit app if does not display your cards in app ? I never got my cards in the mail and they are not even in app only an option for you to upload picture of card
No way to get any assistance
There is no place on this app to request the cards or find a way to call someone to get them. I have had these benefits for nearly a month and all I have received so far are the prescription cards. My wife needs a doctor’s appointment but we can’t even see who is in network to go to, nor do we have a way to call someone because there is no phone number to call listed anywhere and there is no help option or even an FAQ section. How is this information not digitally accessible?
