When people are unwell, they need their insurance card! I never have an app so hard to login. Why can’t you just give us a hard copy of insurance card!!!!!

If my future employer told me they were planning to onboard with mercer/benefits you, I’d quit my job.
Highlights include taking >10 minutes just to log in because of timeouts and random errors, app is ridiculously slow, content is all stored on external websites. All in all this is the digital equivalent of stepping on your child’s Lego in the middle of the night.

It’s so bad it’s laughable
From weird login messages to just crashing unexpected this app is like the embodiment of poor UX, bad code - it’s like software manifestation of an insurance trying to avoid payouts - basically starting by making a simple claim incredibly complex and difficult

Probably the worst user interface I have encountered for seeking healthcare, it is just awful. No consideration of user experience - yet plenty of care taken in the bits where they try and sell you more services - overall it is shockingly bad

Worst broker app
This is the worst by far. Sometimes you can’t log in (the loading takes forever). Claims still require an external tab/window to submit, not within the app environment. All sorts of bugs! Please fix it!!!

This is one of the worst health management apps ever made.
To prospective corporate clients - fair warning to you. Be prepared for disgruntled employees. What is meant to allow for seamless claims / health management is a UI nightmare

Never allows you to log in
Always either times out or gives an update msg and hangs. Happens on repeat mode and unable to use the app. Ridiculous
