They only give false claims and take money from you. RM and their managers all involved in the scam. No escalations help.

Profile preview is not working after recent update
When you go to profile edit and then click on preview it shows blank.
Also if I open the app and go to home in that section profile photo does not appear.

I’ve tried registering. I chose the country code which is UK but it’s not accepting my number I tried with the 0 and without but still not able to register!! It says enter valid mobile number. My number is valid.

My Account got hacked
Today when I opened this app I suddenly saw that my whole contact details like name and mobile no were all changed. There were several messages sent to many girls that I wasn’t even aware of. And many numbers were viewed using my profile. When I contacted customer care they were delaying my request saying that they would need to create a ticket which will get processed in 2 days! Literally in this situation that person has all the access to see any contact he wants . This app doesn’t even have a mere feature to logout from all devices. And what kind of service is this!? I would say guys buy plan from this app at your own risk. That guy even called my Uncle (whose number was given in the app for Guardian) and said vulgar things. And yet these app service doesn’t even bother to understand the urgency !

I had a different perception of Bengali matrimony previously. But it changed totally after I took the subscription. First they would run behind you to get the subscription done. Once that’s done! They doesn’t follow up! No calls no messages! I regret taking their subscription. I would request everyone not to take subscription if you don’t want to fall to the trap.

Fake app, they do business by making people fool
This app contains profiles which are mostly created by digital creators who gain followers as people search them over facebook, most of the profiles are here for timepass and lure you, I am a premium user and I can assure you you will never find better and new profiles even after you buy the package using your hard earned money. Most of the profile has only mobile verified and no photo verified if you try to call them they either keep their phone number hidden or say calling you later and just vanish or will say parents are out of town will talk later, they even say good things about you and vanish suddenly…. This app is here to play with your emotions, precious time, and loot your hard earned money. Fake app and worthless app i’ve ever seen… as I’ve paid ill be here in the app for few more days but after that I’ll be leaving for ever and would recommend all others not to waste time and money in this fake app

One of the worst matrimony application
I would like to suggest everyone not to take assisted services, the reason is one assistant will connect to another assistant only, they only bother about collecting the payment from customers who has viewed or liked your profile. They’ll never allow that person to connect you if he or she is a unpaid member on BM whatever the eligibility or priority he or she’s having, doesn’t matter. They will call you up and inform you that he or she is calling you on behalf of his customer and the fellow is taking care of that customer’s account and he will convey your message to his or her customer only when you will make payment. This is fully nonsensical!
