I specifically made grocery purchases with my EBT benefits on April 1st (EBT deposit day) because Benny advertised cash back deals that would have brought my balance over the $10 cashout threshold. What I didn’t know was that the app was already shutting down that same day — I only found out through Reddit, not from Benny directly. I never received any shutdown notification despite having an active account. When I tried to submit my receipts I got an error saying the app was “no longer accepting new submissions,” customer support was unavailable, and the status page showed everything was fine. I lost the cash back I was counting on and my existing $3 balance will disappear when they close on April 15th because I can’t reach the $10 minimum — again through no fault of my own. If you still have a balance under $10, don’t expect to see that money. Shutting down on EBT deposit day with no warning to active users is shameful.

If i could give zero stars i would.The app was great to begin with but when i went to submit a receipt it would say item not found so i tried it again cause i know that i bought an item they had listed,well they considered it fraudulent and closed my account.I never received any money from them and i had money on the account.they said they would look into but i never hear anything back from them.

Been working well for awhile now. Great for free 1% Cashback.
Didn't work well at first but has been improved to now accept my receipts more reliably. Even if you don't use EBT you can earn with this app on certain products each month. Minimum cash out is $10 and goes to your bank account so no messing with stupid gift cards.
Not a fan of new version
I thought it was an OK app up until they changed it so you have to purchase one of the offers in order to start getting EBT cash back. Before that, there were numerous times I had to reach out to support due to issues with the system not detecting my receipts properly. So far, all of the offers I don’t even buy. It is very unfortunate they changed it because I am going to end up just deleting the app since it’s pointless to have

I had to submit over FIVE reports and when someone FINALLY got back to me they gave me a long list of proof to submit when in fact my Walmart account is synced with this app, which means they can see the purchase history for themselves. Download this app and eventually you will have issues which aren’t your fault.

Never Paid
I had been with the app for a couple of months and the transactions were seamless until January January I kept having to get in contact with someone because they kept leaving off payments from offers. I had redeemed. and now it’s February and I haven’t been paid yet. I’ve contacted them several times. I’m never in contact with a human. The app has really went down.

Used to be great
I used to love this app but lately, it doesn’t accept any of my eligible receipts. I send them multiple times and before, I was able to email them if I had an issue and now lately, I’m not able to do that anymore either. Am I missing something? I just don’t understand
None of my receipts have been credited since 12/22
I have been uploading my receipts and since 12/22, none of them were credited. I got messages saying I needed to upload photos of the actual receipts (I did) or nothing at all happens and I don’t get credit for any of my purchases. Don’t get me started on the offers I completed (cookies, cleansing wipes) and didn’t get credit for or the fact that I tried to contact help on several occasions to no avail. No replies, no followups, no acknowledgment. Oh right the “chat” also didn’t work—I’d type in a question and the bot would respond, but then a white cloud ran down the center of the screen so I wouldn’t be able to tap a response. It’s very frustrating. Maybe the update will have fixed these issues, but now I’ve lost out on the cash back I should have gotten credit for.

Well, they have a tendency to not accept receipts to have too many deals on them because they don't really want to pay you cash back for anything that you
get on your EBT. They offer cashback deals and sometimes they give them to you and sometimes if the receipt has too many deals, they say that they've already been scanned and so they just don't. They just won't accept the receipt.
