Mouse Mode Doesn’t Work

This might be the single worse app I have ever used in my life, someone needs to go back to the drawing board. Please dont require this to be used.

Not good at all

So disappointed at the quality of this app for $1k+ projector. BenQ should hire a proper team to build and test this App. Right now it is no better than a proof of concept App.

Connected but Doesn’t work at all

The app shows it connected to my GV31 but no matter which buttons I click the GV31 just doesn’t respond at all

Both are on the same WiFi
Restart Projector multiple times
Reinstall app multiple times

Can’t find any helpful information on Google search
So here is one star

Thank you for the message. BenQ Smart Control is designed for BenQ QS01 Android TV dongle use only. If you would like to use virtual control to control Android TV, please use Google Home. Thank you.

Awful

This is beyond awful. Nearly impossible to control, impossible to select things to watch. I only downloaded this app to control Netflix and I couldn’t even get a movie up to play l. I became too frustrated and gave up
