광각렌즈사용 업데이트 요망
사용기종 아이폰12(iOS17) / 3xs lite
어플사용 시 광각렌즈쪽은 사용을 못하는건지 0.5배율로 작동이 안되네요
최근 많은 핸드폰들이 2-3개의 렌즈를 이용하는데 어플이 표준렌즈만 인식하니 화각에 불만이 생기네요
이 부분 확인하시어 추후 업데이트에 반영해 주시기바랍니다
*혹 광각사용 설정이 있다면 설명부탁드립니다

Can Record buggy videos
For some reason, using the app’s video recorder, it gave me a video of 4K at less than 16 fps using the hevc encoding option.
Works alright to set gimbal settings, but after that shoot of live testimony, I will not be using it for the video capture of important things. If I do, I’ll be playing back to see what it made, and hopefully not a junk file that I can’t use.

Bluetooth
The app will not connect to my Bluetooth. The app doesn’t even show up in the Bluetooth section in Settings.

제가 갖고 있는게 3xs lite모델인데 영상을 찍다가 오른쪽으로 기울면 핸드폰도 90도 회전하는데 그걸 막으려면 어디서 어떻게 설정해야하나요?

Stabilization issues on the iPhone 11 Pro Max
I recently picked up this gimbal to use with my iPhone 11 Pro Max, And primarily during slow motion capture and time lapse capture, it’s very apparent within the app at least that there is camera drifts over time due to the motion stabilizer. As a result the time lapse results jitter quite a bit. I think this is the phone though, considering it is a new released device, however I’m hoping there’s a fix for this phone soon, as the image stabilization definitely takes away from what the gimbal is trying to do. Hopefully there’s a way to turn it off programmatically in the software...

Love my Gimbal
With anything in life, there’s always a learning curve but once I got it, it made my life/work so much easier capturing footage, especially using the app and not showing up in reflections! Love it!
the app does not see the device
I have a r2red dog. until this update was fine. now my app does not see the device an my device is perfectly fine.
Not working
I tried to upgrade a new reddog r1 but it failed to do so leaving me unable to use my new device. Hopefully they can fix this, otherwise i will just return the product.
