absolute worst patient portal ever made. deserves negative stars. blatantly fake 5-star reviews.
before you can even start using the app, it makes you upload all the documents you already supplied at the front desk, wasting my time and forcing me to upload screenshots of my notes app saying "i gave this all to you already at my appointment." once you get into the app, it is the least useful and most infuriating patient portal i have ever used in my life, and i have had 20+ specialists by my 30s. what kind of a clinic app does not show your upcoming appointments? there is absolutely none of my medical information listed in my profile -- no medications, no allergies, no conditions. either this app is completely unlinked to the practice ehr or (nightmare option) it was never properly entered into the ehr in the first place. i have had an appointment, but that clinician is not listed among "my physicians." going to the medical records section shows zero records. on top of all this, there is an obtrusive ai microphone icon that is difficult to avoid accidentally clicking on while trying to navigate the rest of the useless app. the last thing i want to do is talk to an ai. genuinely cannot get over how completely unhelpful and poorly designed this app is. at this point you're better off just calling the clinic.

Worst medical mobile app ever
This app continuously gets stuck on various screens. Right now I can get to step nine of 10 and it will go no further. It keeps on saying I need to select a medical condition, which I have, multiple times. Very frustrating! I’m calling my doctors office today to ask them to send my medical test results to me via email. Very poorly designed! I uninstalled clear cache and reinstalled the mobile app six times. Still no success. This is junk.
