The app is very user friendly and the pictures of the menu items are so helpful when ordering. I use the rewards program and get freebies and discounts as long as I am signed in as a user.
Horrible
Today was not a good day to be/go to Bento. I had been craving a boba which they no longer had what I wanted so I convinced the coworkers to order from them. Most, if not, all of us placed our orders online for pickup. We went and the people behind the counter barely acknowledge you or give you a status on your order. Our orders were due to be completed between 12:45 and 1, needles to say, we ended up being there almost an hour and a half. Food was cold and mine was burnt which I have photos to prove. Not sure about my coworkers…but I will definitely be resisting the Bento’s urge should I have one again.

Where can I see the rewards
Update = lost Rewards
The new update won’t let me log in like I used to and made me create a new account and I lost allllllll my rewards and points I had with the rewards program! Not happy and. The company isn’t even responding to the emails! I am a pretty regular customer. I am there at least once a week and the rewards I lost kind pisses me off!

Apparently, they changed their system, and I had a bunch of rewards on my last login and nothing got transferred! Be aware of the site doesn’t even work in the apps. Total disappointment and I am irregular customer who works right in the plaza and I’m now annoyed at the fact that I’ve spent a lot of money and now it’s a total waste as far as the rewards program

It seems they broke the app and stole the rewards to boot.
You Need A New Platform
The “upgrade” to the new OLO Platform is actually a downgrade. It doesn’t tell you how many points that you have or if you have a reward until you start an order. That information should be readily available at the homepage. ALSO, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get notifications. I hope changes are made to correct these oversights.

Rewards
Easy online ordering through the app, but the new layout makes it hard to find the rewards. When I went to checkout, it said I had a $5 reward that I could use 50 points for but I have no clue how many points I have altogether. I couldn’t find any tab for rewards.

Loss rewards
Don’t bother using this chain, if you accumulate points they just decide to delete them. They also don’t have a support team to help get your points back. Do not waste your money.
Lost rewards, new reward didn’t work
I believe there’s a new online system in place, I had to re-register and in the process it looks like I lost the points I had before.
I’m the new system a “free fried rice w $15 min order” reward appeared. My order was $60+ and I kept getting a msg that my cart didn’t meet the required amount

Clown management
These absolute clowns charge a convenience fee so you can put in your order yourself instead of using up employee time ordering. Making you do the work yourself so they save on labor $$$ and then charging you for the convenience?! Complete joke

I love eating at Bento, but it really feels like Bento doesn’t love me back at all. The points for rewards system is incredibly stingy.

No Promised Reward
DONT SIGN UP IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE REWARD I love and frequent Bento, but i’m tired of the offers not working after doing what is required. this is the 2nd time ive experienced a “reward” coincidentally not working after making you sign up for something. my friend and i both got emails + text to download the app for a free Chicken Rice Bowl, and downloaded and signed up, and neither of us got anything. So its not just working for me, its probably for everyone. Good food but kind of scammy to offer rewards and not honor them
