Always late delivery
If you book a slot of 7-8 you will get your food between 8:45 to 9 and this happens several times and no support from team at all

BentoBox App Review

Their app is so slow that I had to wait for like 30 minutes just to login the app in my phone. On the plus side the app doesn’t function properly, after making all the payments and ordering the food, I went to check the order status that where is it and all but they showed no Active orders. The app tests your patience, only use it if you have a ton.

Really loved Bento Box

! The meals are fresh and have such a comforting, home-cooked feel. There’s a great variety to choose from, and the customer service is super responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend 🤍

A good everyday meal option

Didn’t expect to like this app this much, but it’s been really good and helpful !!! The food genuinely feels like home cooked.. simple not too oily and most importantly consistent.
I’ve cut down a lot on ordering from outside apps because of this.. My overall experience has been very smooth be it deliveries or food quality. Definitely worth it!!

Placed order in afternoon for dinner .. and just 20mins before delivering order I inquired about my order and got to know they hv cancelled my order and can’t deliver excepting me to reschedule it for next day or next time I mean what an unprofessionalism pathetic j will not order gain

Loved using bento box. Meals are comfy, homely, tasty. Food is well packed, delivered on time and you don’t have to worry about your daily meals. Would recommend to everyone!!!✨

BentoBox feedback

If you are staying in gurgaon and missing home made food, then this is the best app for you. I used to order my food through swiggy or zomato regularly, but that was not budget friendly for me. Bentobox gave me options at very reasonable prices. I tried tiffin services too but faced some problems like quality pf food, late deliveries etc. but Bentobox has solved all these issues for me.
