Fix the bugs. Can not access app

App doesn’t work

As of a week ago, the app has issues and kicks you out before looking at anything. There’s no way to contact support. When it did work, the photos are so pixelated, I thought it was 2001.

Possibly Mobile 10-8 has been hacked.

Inmate Pictures/Info

overall great app and looks amazing but just a few flaws. The picture quality is first i know it could be better as the Washington County app has WAY better image quality so if we could fix that it would bump it up to 4 stars. Last is how the charges are shown, it’s a little cluttered and again the Washington County app does this nicely and neatly, would be great if we could fix this app and brining it up to 5 stars. Other than that it’s an amazing app and hope it continues to receive developer support!

Bug

Something is glitching it’s telling me “ Sorry we are having trouble authenticating you with our server” “ Make sure you have an active network connection an try again” I have tried to connect with WiFi as well as my service provide data, but get the same message. Has been this way for a few days now.

It’s about time Benton county catches up with Washington county. It’s vitally important that NWA has as much information as possible about what’s going on in its community and has easy access to alerts or information about services in the area.
