The worst news outlet
Real talk: Benzinga is the worst news outlet and their app is a piece of garbage. Why does the app require me to sign in every day? There’s absolutely no reason it can’t remember my login like every other app. Why is a paid service so crammed full of ads? There are so many ads, they even cover the articles so you can’t read all the text no matter how you scroll. Why is the feed so full of junk like “Dave Ramsey tells a couple they’re broke”? There are always multiple “articles” about basic financial advice Dave Ramsey says on his show. Guess what? We don’t care. The worst offenses are how Benzinga reports. They mislead us every day with articles saying “why is this stock up today?” Look at that stock and it will be down. “Analysts say buy this,” then you look and it’s a piece of garbage they’re pumping for who - hedge funds? Why are you misleading your readers with bad news? Even for legit news, Benzinga is always late reporting important news - always. They are Always late - Always. Bloomberg is always a few minutes faster and you can get headlines faster for free on Twitter. Seriously a corrupt piece of garbage.

Decent. Some suggestions
Decent app - somewhat cluttered.
The main gripe I have as a Pro user is that I have to re-login every time I open the app. Can you please work on persisting logins or offering that as an option on the page? I usually want to check a message/alert and instead of taking a few seconds it’s 10+ seconds since I have to re-navigate to whatever I am looking for, even if I select a notification.

Wth is wrong with your login
Can't log in. It keeps bringing me back to the first page. When I'm logged in by any luck, it kicks me out the next day. Doesn't stay logged in. Is this what you charge so much money for?
Not optimized for iPad
This app is made for an iPhone, not an iPad. It looks terrible. I’m much better off just visiting the website rather than using the app on my 13” iPad.
Authentication never worked, unbelievable customer service, not fixed problem over one month.
Authentication with google account always ask me to try again next time. Something went wrong alert keep popping up. Email support guys never response to my email, just one sentence: how can I help. And then gone. Still cannot login using this app today. I can login on web version though.

Desk top vs mobile app
Mobile app rarely updates news, need the desktop to actually be able to see current news articles, missed 5 news reports before 9:30am using the app
False suspicous company
Their tell about activity which they just bought, you get in and instantly drop and not moving. Making money of us😄

This is THE worst company ever
This is THE worst company. No one picks up the phone. Ricky, who I hope is an unpaid intern because he's useless and heads the chat, I think is on his 3rd lunch because I've been trying to have a 5 minute conversation which has turned into 53 minutes because he keeps going in yellow. Total waste of time. Long & short, I signed up for their news alerts. I'm into day two using the program. One stock had a ton of news; no alerts from Benzinga. Refused a refund. Now I have to deal with the credit card company to try and get a refund.

Perfect for day traders
Love the news and I rely on it for my every trade.

App is extremely glitchy and notifications don’t work at all. News is okay but I regret getting a full year subscription, this is pretty low quality. PLEASE fix glitches and get a better developer to work on the app
The Potential Is There
I recently started using Benzinga and some of the additional services they offer. While I’m extremely impressed with the value I’ve been able to extract from the services themselves, the app could use some polishing. For instance, managing subscriptions through the app is not possible which can be frustrating. The app also feels like an after thought due to its clunkiness. Again, while a great tool to add to my arsenal, it could use some polishing is all. I reiterate, the app, not the services. The services are amazing.

Disappointing Experience with Trial Cancellation and Refund Policy
I signed up for a trial with Benzinga and tried to cancel it on the last day, but they still charged me $197. When I reached out to request a cancellation and refund, they told me there are no cancellations allowed after the trial, even though I canceled before midnight on the final day.
Most services are willing to work with customers and issue refunds in these situations, but Benzinga refused. I regret this experience because I didn’t even use the service during the trial, and now I’m stuck with a $197 charge. This is disappointing and not good customer service.

Definitely Not Worth
I took this subscription today and I am already regretting the decision.
The current market prices are very lagging compared to market.
Its not giving any option to customize. Showing some ETF tickers all the time on the screen which is completely useless. They should have updated with main indices.
Pls don’t go for this subscription. Simply useless!
