New Bears
The older versions did not contain scriptures, no awkward,did you know the Bible says, and more. The old versions also taught more without saying more! I'm a believer, but the bears were great and better without the verses. less awkward. While it doesn't hurt the child to have it in there couldn't there just be an optional verse at the end of the book? Simplicity ruled Bear Country classics...now it's just plain different. I'll be giving the older versions out. We learned good stuff from them.

I don't remember this book with the same words when I was a child.
Great book!
This complete version is so much better than the secular hardback one we own which is choppy and was clearly missing the moral of the story. Thank you for doing the book in it's entirety! All the apps are great!!!
Great message.
I'm not sure what is confusing or misleading about this book. Scripture is in the description and it's being published in part by one of the mega Christian publishing companies. It's fascinating people want to whine about morality. It's a safe, encouraging book for kids. I find it refreshing rather than disappointing.

Love the Berenstain Bears, and love this app! Great alternative to video... More engaging, but still the stories we love! :) App works flawlessly...have had no issues whatsoever!!
