Better for 2025
I’ve used Rooms for a couple of years and have grown to appreciate it. The value has certainly improved as teachers and the transportation office have become more familiar with it.
Useless
I’m not able to see all the rooms my child is in. Reached out to staff, staff responded a day later and I was still given the run around. *UPDATE* still can not see the room.
Works fine!
Updates on buses, teacher updates, etc.
Awful app
This app is so not user friendly. Its unnecessarily complicated and the worst part is that we don’t any other option. There are so many good school apps that work so well, why choose the worst? BCSD did a number with this one
Keeps singing me out and not giving me notifications
Last year I would receive notification that there were new announcements and rooms and all I would have to do is click on the app now I have to actually re-sign in every time. I click on the app to check and see if I have new notifications this needs to be fixed

Updated as requested and it is still requiring me to update it. It isn’t out of date it just stinks and doesn’t work!
Doesn’t work
Keeps signing me out, have reset password and still happening. Says I have 14 notifications but can’t get to them. Worked well last school year. Not sure what’s changed.

The app was a bit buggy before, but absolutely obnoxious since the update. Sign in is a pain and it constantly shows notifications when there are none.

It won’t load. Stays on blue screen
Signing in delay
Whenever I click on the app it logs me in with Face ID, but it does not log me in . The screen freezes on a blue screen stating signing you in and never does. Frustrating because now the teacher is having to email me for communication. Please fix.
Not user friendly
Moving to SC this year and coming from another state; these apps and the whole school process compared to our old state is very unorganized and confusing. To use the app it’s not easy to set up. I really still don’t fully understand it after asking many people about it over the school year. It’s very bad and I don’t recommend it.

I hate this sm it’s not even funny imma 5th grader from here ms wytes is so dumb it gave me cancer (she told the kids help me out I’m at gun point )
