Login autofill doesn’t work
When I try to log in to the app, there’s no integration with Apple passwords and you can’t automatically populate the fields.
Berkshire Gas Company App
It appears the app UI is not formatted correctly for my device (iPad Pro 10.5). The "Home" screen is not fully displayed and I am unable to scroll down to see the entire content. It appears to be cut off in the area of the top of the "Pay Bill" button. I am not able to read the text label for this green colored button or to view anything below this level. Also; the app appears to only work in portrait mode. I would like to be able to use it in landscape orientation as well. Also; I tried to send this communication as a message via the app, but it appears to not have been sent(?). The send message feature either does not work or if it does work, it does not provide the user with any confirmation. Thank you for your time and attention to these issues.

Terrible
The sole purpose of me downloading this app was to pay my bill. It then takes you out of the app to the website and then defaults to a guest account. What’s the reason for the download if I could just go online to make my payment. Poorly written app.

What isn’t as easy is printing a copy of the bill, or saving a PDF of it, but that might be a function of not having the latest devices.
