They’ll find they way to don’t give you a penny. Also if you Email them it’s gonna take about 10 days to get a response.
Hate the App
I hate this app. I design mobile apps for a living and after using it I don’t want to have anything to do with the company because this app is so bad. It is buggy constantly locks up my iPhone 10 where I can’t even close out of the error messages even after logging out of the system. It is also poorly designed that it makes you search for your claim. Did I say I hate this app?

App is bad, Company is great!
The app is terrible - it just doesn’t work. Constantly crashes, says it can’t load policy, etc.
The company is FANTASTIC. Don’t let the app dissuade you. Easy to file claims, helpful staff. Just use their website and you’ll be fine!

I've it this app in the past but it was difficult to use. I thought the last update would improve the interface. But, now it won't take my flights.

Doesn't Work
I was very excited about this new insurance policy. Even more excited that it had a "user friendly app". Every time I select my policy within the app it crashes. Please fix!
Has promise, but.....
The app is unusable. Searching for flights is needlessly problematic. If your flight with connections isn't listed in a list that the app arbitrarily creates you cannot get a quote as it won't let you enter in the segments individually for all flights.
Terrible app
Many flights are missing or misnunbered making it impossible to buy insurance. The product isn't as straight forward as it seems either.
Wait until they fix...
Tripit integration is still broken and you can't book on many delta flights.

BH is not licensed in California.
Insurance made simple
Just covered my business trip. The app was easy to login and make my payment. Adding my flights with a connection took the longest, but was able to figure it out.
Excellent app for excellent insurance
Just works and has a pleasant user experience.
