I used to use this app all the time. I got a new phone and now I can't see any up to date news. Says app was updated 2 weeks ago but the only news I can see is from last year

You’ve just given an update but the news doesn’t update, hasn’t for weeks.

Overall not bad but too many fluff pieces
It’s ok but too many advertisements disguised as articles. Sadly lacking on the climate change coverage front - It’s important news and it’s not getting any better so report on it!

Impressive
The app continues to evolve bringing in some great features, I especially love the ability to navigate by related tags and even save them into the top tab navigation of My News and in the Discover section. Looking forward to see what’s next
I like the notifications
I really like the notifications in this app which helps knowing what you need to know about Reading and my close neighbourhood.
Where's the Weather?
Good app, but elusive weather reports spoil it. Why not have a “Weather” link on the main bar at the top?

Endless football....
Despite deselecting Reading FC ( I have zero interest in soccer ), most of the stories refer not just to Reading FC but to every other club in their league. Obviously, these guys get most of their hits from Reading FC, so should stop pretending to be a news site and just publish endless soccer gossip.
The other content is largely laughable anyway - rail delays, motorway shut. No real journalism about the huge issues affecting Reading and the dodgy politicians running the place.
They are owned by Trinity Mirror, who closed down the last local paper and left us with this. I think I could do better and might actually try to see if England’s biggest town could have the media it deserves.

I've had it for a week now and it's not good. The traffic news is way out of date, it's showing last nights traffic at 08:00 this morning. Most of the stories are old too.
