Map not updated

The map is good. Search function works well. Unfortunately, the very important route for the fast train from the airport to the main train station is not updated. It takes a different route. Thanks to map I was able to find my way!

Ads annoying!!!

Ads are fine, can’t complain when service is free. When it triggers a loud video automatically, that’s a different issue..

Ständig Werbung

Ich hab noch nie in einer App so viel Werbung bekommen. Da lade ich mir lieber einen statischen Netzplan runter und nutze den. Mit der App wird wirklich jeder Block auf die Karte zum Geduldsspiel.

Pop up ads render the free version useless

Full screen animated ads pop up at random, preventing use of the app. Some of these have no way to close them til finished. Half the time the ads take over at a crucial moment, like just as train is pulling into station, preventing a double check of your route.

Avoid the free version if at all possible.

Rubbish - ruined by ads

This would be a good app if you could actually look at the subway map when you need to. Unfortunately every time I wanted to look at it to see if we were heading the right way an ad or two would pop up, obscuring the entire screen and I would have to wait for ages until the ads ran their course. I didn’t buy the premium version - I’m not going to spend money to buy a widely available map for a couple of days of my stay. I ended up just looking at the maps on the walls and on the trains instead…

Too many ads makes it unusable

This should be a really good app for visitors to Berlin, but the number and frequency of ads make it unusable.
Google maps was much better

The design has been changed and is much inferior now! Please change back to the original, authentic map design.

The worst city subway app I have ever downloaded. Map is good but the adverts every 15 seconds makes the functionality irrelevant.

Hello, You should only get one full screen ad per session and it should be closeable within 5-6 seconds. If this ever isnt the caes, please screenshot any offending adverts and email them to us support@mapway.com and we can look into it for you. Regards Mapway Support

Ruined by the adverts

Useful planning app but ruined by the adverts which pop up at the wrong moment.
Tolerated for 1 day and deleted it on day 2

Unusable with ads

I’m in Berlin for one week, not enough time to validate a purchase. When the ad shows up there is no way to get rid of it. Soooo, the app is literally unusable.

Ich habe die Premium-Life-Version seit mehreren Jahren, und heute fordert mich die App auf, sie erneut zu kaufen? Ich habe sie gekauft, weil sie manchmal nützlich ist, aber ich möchte darauf hinweisen, dass sie nichts weiter als ein Betrug ist. Ich frage mich, wie viele Menschen auf ähnliche Weise betrogen worden sind.

Rubbish. Doesn’t update closures

Platforms, routes and stations that are undergoing years of maintenance are not marked as unusable/ bus replacement in use. Really stupid and really affects usage of app. Even upgraded to see if this was a premium function. Poor
