About
Bernadoo Medicine Tracker is the medication log you'd otherwise keep by hand: the date, then a time and what was given. Set up each medication once, and every day the app turns it into a journal page to check off as you go.
THE DAY AS A JOURNAL
• One line per dose, in the order they are due: the time, the medication, and when it was actually given
• Green is given, yellow is due, red is missed, and an empty ring is still to come
• Tap the ring to give a dose. An Undo appears for a few seconds after every tap.
• Given it an hour ago and only just remembered? Change the time to the time it was really given
• Swipe or press and hold a line to skip a dose, give it at another time, or undo
• Turn back a page to yesterday, and correct the record if something was missed
A CALENDAR OF HOW IT'S GOING
• Every day is coloured: green when everything was given, yellow when some was, red when none, grey before the medication started
• Tap any day to see that day's journal and its tally, weeks ahead or months back
SCHEDULES THE WAY PRESCRIPTIONS ARE WRITTEN
• Once a day, twice, three or four times, every X hours, at bedtime, or as needed
• Or only on certain weekdays, every other week, or on one date each month
• Times are editable, so "four times a day" can be 8, 12, 4 and 10 to fit around meals and sleep
• Or just once, on a date and time — two medicines two hours before a procedure
• Every medication has a start date and, when it's a course, an end date. Stopped taking something? Turn it off. The log keeps what was given.
• As-needed medications keep their minimum gap and daily limit, and the app warns — but never refuses — when a dose comes too soon
A LATE DOSE, HANDLED PROPERLY
Every medication has a rule for what happens when a dose runs late, because prescriptions differ:
• No doubling up — a dose not given before the next one is due is marked missed, and the next stays on time. This is the default.
• Time from the last dose — each dose is timed from the one before. Given late, the rest of the day moves later; given early, it moves earlier, so "every six hours" stays six hours. Right for a course of antibiotics.
REMINDERS THAT GET THROUGH
• Medications due together arrive as one reminder
• Mark them Taken, Snooze, or Skip straight from the notification, without opening the app
• Reminders are Time Sensitive, so they get through Focus modes
• Choose how far ahead to be alerted, and how often to be reminded again
THE LOG, KEPT AND SHARED
• Every dose is recorded with the time it was actually given, and how late that was
• Export the history as plain text, as a spreadsheet, or as a PDF to hand to a doctor
• Renaming or deleting a medication never rewrites what the log says was given
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no tracking. The app makes no network connections at all. Everything you enter stays on this phone.
FREE AND PRO
The free app tracks one person, with unlimited medications, reminders and history. MedList Pro adds more profiles, for caring for more than one person — a one-time purchase, not a subscription, shared with your family through Family Sharing.
Bernadoo Medicine Tracker records what you decide to give. It does not calculate doses or offer medical advice. Always follow the prescription and your clinician.
Requires iOS 17 or later. Appears as "MedList" on your Home Screen.
