No “Forgot Password” Option

It has come to my attention that once you download the app there is no function for rest password or forgot password option in order to login in the app over the phone. You can only contact through email or customer support…. Seems weird that an app will not give you an option since it’s an app…. Which is usually meant for easy function and consumer interaction without needing to contact a support team. I hope this changes quickly or this app will be a bother to other customers who just want the functionality of an app like countless other apps out there.
