Waited 2 hours for cold food

We have ordered food many times from here and the food is usually good. However the last few times the delivery time has been getting longer. Haven’t ordered for a while so thought we would give them another go and now it’s worse than ever. Waited two hours and the food was cold when it arrived. Had to ring twice to check where it was and waited another 15 minutes after the second call until it finally arrived. Very disappointed!
