Horrible App
Every time I reset my password I have to do it again the next time I attempt to make an order. I have given up & just call the restaurant to place my order.
Just a web view
The app is just a wrapper for the web site, it even opens the site in a frame to log in or create an account. Functional, but what's the point?
Gift cards
Need to add the ability to pay by gift card or pay in the restaurant.
Don’t use this app
This app is a scam. Just call the store. Charged my credit card 3x for the same order, all the while saying my CVC number was incorrect. Never even placed the order with my local store. Now I need to call my credit card company to stop the orders. Just call your local store. What moronic company puts out an app that doesn’t work correctly?? Oh I know Bertucci’s.

Management take notice
Get your app fixed..! Completely failing, only works one in every 10 tries. CC date entry fails, multiple errors, the I get message too many attempts and I’m locked out. App keeps logging me out and forgetting saved CC info. Cmon, this isn’t rocket science. Get it done.
All around disappointing- from app to eating
Got the app. Tried to pay. Like others said, wouldn’t take my credit card. So I went on the computer and that worked. Ordered a basic Bertucci’s pepperoni pizza. Added 4 veggies as extra toppings. Was even able to add a tip.
Got to the restaurant and couldn’t get anyone’s attention to give me my order. Some were working, some too busy chatting and laughing. Since I paid and saw my order on the heat rack, I took mine and left. (Works that way on purpose at lots of places these days, anyway, I guess.)
Got home, opened the box, took a good look...don’t see any pepperoni. Only veggies. Start eating and scrapping, no pepperoni. Look at the order slip, it says Bertucci’s with 4 veggies. I got a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni. The rest of my order is correct but those are extras. I really want a pepperoni pizza.
My friend is mad for me. “Take it back! Get your money! And get a free pizza!” I don’t have that kind of time or energy. I finish my veggie pizza and am now equally finished with take-out from here. Pandemic is rough on places right now. Maybe I’ll try dine-in some other time. Thanks.

Can’t pay in app
I’ve tried to pay for online orders with different cards, but am told they are invalid each time. I end up having to call the restaurant to place my order. It’s ridiculous to have this happen in this day and age. Add ApplePay and it would solve the problem.

Need to fix the payment area so you can pay at the store. ASAP !!!
CCV invalid every time
No matter which credit or debit card I use, my CCV number is declined every time. One star. Fix your app.
Basic Bugs
Has anybody who developed this app ever tried to use this app? How about Bertucci’s employees? It’s full of basic bugs. Yikes!
Runs sideways on iPad-useless!
I have a 12.9” iPad Pro with attached keyboard that I normally use in Landscape mode. The Betrucci’s app only runs in Portrait mode, which means I either have to use it sideways with my head tilted 90% left (causing great pain), or unplug my keyboard, physically rotate the screen to Portrait mode, and replug/re-rotate when done, no thanks!
In fact, just trying to run with keyboard attached (and with screen and my head tilted sideways), it does not allow you to type on any screens. Beyond terrible!
If it ran in Landscape mode would be a decent app, but since I have to use the website instead, this app is 100% useless

Won’t add credit card
Won’t add credit card. Error 400, tried with several cards, all valid and working elsewhere.

Fix it, or better yet, just go with Apple Pay!

Flawed
Won’t accept cards for pay at table. Now I can’t use my coupon. Won’t make that mistake again. Needs to be fixed.
Credit Card issue
App is good except you take time to add all to cart, select pay in store, only for it to tell you it’s over $50 & need to use credit card (should tell you before you select an option). Then - tells me the credit card is expired when it is not. That’s a bug for sure. Could be so much better.
Mobile Payments??
How about you write some integration with Apple Pay or PayPal - something that WORKS on Mobile devices?
