Wishing for it to work
I bought this last year and love the idea behind the tool. It could be so useful to I regarte essential oils into everyday life for you and your pets. Over the last twelve months there were hiccups but usually could just ‘reset’ the scanner and it would work. Recently (September 2023) there was an update to the scanner (it no longer has a reset) and the app no longer works. Scanner will not connect. I have emailed, sent fb messenger messages, and requested a phone call. No customer service and no response since September 2023. It’s like the company disappeared.

Amazing Personalized Product Recommendations
The Besanna product is amazing. It provides such amazing insight into my personal health and fitness. On top of that the product recommendations it provides are so exact. I truly love it.
Scanner usage
I recently purchased the scanner and have really enjoyed using it. It’s been really helpful introducing essential oils to friends and family. I have noticed a few things that might help to make the process work a little more efficiently using the app:
• The profiles- if the owner had their own section to scan instead of being part of the added profiles that would make it simpler to use
• When scanning for All(oils and supplements) only the oils scan- you have to scan twice to see what supplements are recommended
• on the initial scan, only 3 suggestions pop up but when shared a longer list is present.
I really do love this scanner and will continue to use it but it would be nice see if those minor adjustments could be fixed.
