App not usable
The app is not letting the user login huge red flag guys ur MFA/otp flow is broken doesn’t let users in and your support link is broken … after multiple failed verification attempts despite of entering right otp my account was locked .. I am interested to check out this app hit me up once you fix the issues .
Feedback /Advice : Try keeping the enrollment forms eas as you can force customer to add details later if you are not able engage at first how will we take next steps …. Add partial enrollment if you can and I get it security is important but not at the cost of usability.
