App is useless for me because the satellite view has not been updated in over 4 years... So if your using it to measure properties that are relatively new then you just wasted $.99

How did this get great ratings? It's clunky and slow. Doesn't find your location automatically. Not user friendly.

This is a app can be helpful for hikers, runners, those needing to find a nearby bus, or even those driving a car . User interface and design are simple, it’s a wonderful applications, exceptionally helpful and simple to utilize. I can determine distances ,areas on a map and search by location or add my current location. I am extremely pleased with this application.
