Except no substitute
When I am planning tours I always check this app for hidden gems. Found some great roads I would have missed this way… currently planning Tasmania.

Great App
Awesome for finding good routes for bike trips, just wish it was easier to jump to towns/places as a start/finish point.

Great app! However there needs to be a way to input this easily into say google maps to actually follow.. :) and ratings should be from others maybe? Plus a time added to it would be cool too
Very useful app
Brilliant app in all aspects......if you are out and about, end up somewhere and fancy a ride, just use your location and find a cool biking route. Very easy to use and indispensable if you’re into riding.
Absolute rubbish doesn’t work
Absolute rubbish just got this app paid the subscription went out try to get it to work doesn’t do turn by turn defeats the purpose absolutely hopeless
Community Based App, great rides.
After reading up on this app, I made the decision to purchase the full version. I love the idea of community input for the rides. I live in the Pacific NW and we have an abundance of great landscapes filled with twisty roads, breathtaking scenery and amazing wildlife. So I was excited to see what rides people had been sharing. There were a good amount of rides near me. Some of which I was familiar with, but others were completely new. One in particular (Hoons ride to the coast and back), was absolutely amazing. This one ride alone was worth the $4 and I probably never would have found it outside this app. That’s when I knew it was money well spent.
As the title of this review states, it’s a community based app. Therefore, the more the community puts into it, the better the app becomes. After my ride to the coast, I started adding some of my favorite trips to the app. The user interface is simple and easy to use. It doesn’t take more than a few minutes to plug in a new route and you’re off on your next adventure. I use the app as my GPS device or you can easily export the gps file to your preferred GPS system.
My one complaint is about the map. I prefer google maps over Apple Maps, but the iOS version locks you in to using Apple Maps. After doing some digging, this is something forced on the developers. :( I still give the app 5* because this complaint is beyond control of the developers.
Customer Service also gets 10/10 from me. Very quick responses and super helpful.

Messy presentation
For me it is a useless app as I am trying to find interesting roads to explore and check other peoples suggestions. If you are trying to check ‘routes near me’ then it is difficult to work out which route goes where because there are too many red lines and when you select a route, only label is added to differentiate it from other routes. It would be good if selected route is shown in a different colour.

A great find
This app is fantastic for route planning. A great resource that I can’t believe I have only just found. Currently planning a trip around Northern Spain - hopefully it will not be long before we can go!

Great motorcycle route app
I’m beginning to motorcycle out of the city and also out of my inner city comfort zone. Finding this app is great, searching routes ridden and recommended by fellow motorcyclists is encouraging. I haven’t ridden a dud route yet and the descriptions are reliable. Thanks! It’s my favourite app for route research. The search capability is a real winner!

Good App
This app is a great user supported app. I’ve downloaded GPX files directly to Scenic which is made for what some users want out of this app. I’ve been using both for years along with Motorcycle roads.

Best biking app
There are a few websites that offer this kind of thing but best biking roads is by far the best. Essential tool for finding the best routes whilst touring.
Not so usable on iPhone
No voice turn by turn. No way to load into Apple or google maps.

The app is easy to use and has some great features.
The only criticism I would highlight is the issue I repeatedly have when inputting a route. I get nearly to the end of the route, I swipe to expose more of the West of the map and the app returns to the home screen. Hence I've lost all previous waypoints.
This could be so easily resolved by remove the swipe back feature and incorporating a back button instead.

Not worth the money...
I paid $4 USD for this(?). After trying it I feel like it should be free, or $.99 at best - if only to make it ad free.
I was disappointed to find how little was available in my region. I live in eastern Pennsylvania in the US. We have endless beautiful rural country mountain and forested routes. I found only a few in my region and I am already more-or-less familiar with them. I could contribute dozens more GPX files for eastern PA, central and northern NJ, and southeastern New York State, but then BBR should probably be the ones paying me $5. I wouldn't mind contributing if the app wasn't about overcharging users then reselling their contributions.
