Crashing at checkout page
Trying to buy items using the phone app and it is crashing at the checkout page. Not exactly ideal. Please provide fix. I did delete and reinstall and the problem persists.
Slowness Concern
This app is SOOO slow every single time no matter what i’m connected to. The cart takes forever to open, even sometimes just not opening. It’s been like this for a while and it really makes the user experience worse.

This is an all round excellent online shopping site.It is well designed to make it easy to navigate through to shop for well explained items at reasonable prices with regular updates and secure and convenient delivery options.I have been looking for an umbrella for my pool and this one certainly fits what I needed.As a senior I find it a positive experience to shop here to find what I need.

Order recalled
My order got recalled on the day of the delivery with no explanation. You can’t rely on them when you need something delivered on time. Refund won’t be issued until they get the item back so you can’t order again until they finish processing it. Caused so much hassle and didn’t even communicate. They message me the day before that it will get delivered on time. The following day when I check the status it says recall i even had to call them about it. No communication whatsoever.

Full of Marketplace Scams
If you ask any Best Buy employee, they will tell you not to buy from Marketplace.
They are aware that there are scams for refurbished items that were never fixed, they know they sell new products that don’t work for more than a few months, they are aware of all the people who try to return things and end up getting ignored or charged more money. Best Buy knows all of this but they hide behind the excuse of “third party retailers”, as if hosting a seller absolves BB of any guilt related to that seller’s fraud. They know, and they don’t care, because they get to make money, and the costs are shifted to you.
If you are lucky, you might be able to shift that cost back to the marketplace seller. But BB provides them with legal protection that ensures most of the time you will be the one dealing with a defective product, or at least that you will bear the costs of getting a replacement sent. They don’t offer their usual guarantees or support because they know how much it would cost them to take responsibility for all the fraud.
The worst part? Because Best Buy prefers this business model, they are slowly phasing out their own versions of those products. BB used to be somewhere I could go and find a good selection of good products. Now it’s a place I visit to find a small selection of highly profitable items, while those smaller products can only be found from their marketplace scammers.
If you want to know more, search “Best Buy marketplace scams”. You’ll find many pages of hits. You’ll find a CBC report where they found that “refurbished” products were just graded and resold without any repairs, visibly damaged, or physically falling apart.

Major disappointment!
In the past, Best Buy was great, but now it’s just horrible! Very sad that it’s changed for the worst! The customer service is horrendous not just once but many times in the past couple months even it’s just horrible!
