Stupid app
1) Customer service is non-existent. Yes, it is there, but ridiculously difficult to use. I gave up after failing to use it correctly three times.

Probably the worst game on the app store. Lose, lose, lose. Get your daily coins, save up for a couple of months and you might get 5 minutes play. Make it so frustrating that you never want to play. Great concept for a game, make everyone lose. Use to be ok. What a shame.

With your latest update I am unable to play for very long and now it takes too long to acquire enough points. You should review your point awarding system . It is really antiquated relative to other games where gamers can play for an extended period of time which is what makes a game fun.
