Paying for what
App is clunky, ui is garbage and never works how intended and the search feature is horrendous. You want money then make a decently working app.
Update destroyed app
You can no longer look at pairings for current events because it pretends that they’re past events which you can only look at if you are subscribed to them. Which is gross and money grabby. The website is also trash, but at least it is functioning trash. I would recommend using that instead.
Utterly Useless POS
No matter what I do, it keeps auto-signing me into a MyWarhammer account that doesn’t exist and won’t let me choose what MyWarhammer account I want to sign into. Even after signing out of the app and then reinstalling it. It just forever chooses the MyWarhammer account with nothing on it. Incompetent devs.

High hopes
Had high hopes with the new update but unfortunately we have to default to using the website as the app has too many issues. Currently unable to view pairings, locked out initially now can’t see the next round on the app but can on the website.

Dismal
After every update I hope to see the glitches, dropouts, and lagging issues addressed. Graphics are improved, menu a little better; but ultimately the apps is inconsistent, regularly crashes, or displays only part information. It is awful, without indication it’s improving.
New update ruins list search
Really shocked they could make the app worse, but they certainly succeeded. Can’t even find plain codex space marine lists. And the new way it’s organized is terrible. Cool, thanks guys
Excellent update! (09/12)
The app was ok before this update. Some features just didn’t work but it made scoring events reasonably easy.
Now though, the app looks incredibly sleek. The event search actually works and works well. Overall this has been an excellent update and am seriously tempted now to support the team behind this

Just plain bad
I’ve given this app so many chances, it’s just bad, customer service is bad
What’s the point
I don’t understand what the point of downloading the app is when it just automatically redirects to the website version. Like what a waste of data.
Horrible community engagement
BCP has an absolutely awful UI and still hammers any 3rd party trying to support the 40K community with army lists. If you had a usable product id pay for it. Until that happens you need to stop shutting down army list sites. You are killing any good will you have with the community. I’m doing everything I can to get our local community to transition to another provider.

App hasn’t allowed for changes to player details since the last update so I have to go through now the website instead of the supposed to be convenient app

Garbage
6 months ago I started using the app it was confusing to use but I had figured out mostly how to use it even though it was one of the worst user experiences. Fast forward to now and they did an update at some point that I missed now it doesn’t even let you edit yourself after you’ve joined an event at first I thought maybe I was missing something but after exhausting all the possibilities still can’t do it. Like another review said gotta have it I guess I agree with that but there has to be a better option

Latest update is trash
The event I am signed up for is this Saturday. Since the new update the roster has disappeared. When I click the drop down menu and select roster it is blank. The event has at least 8/20 signed up when I search it up but when I go into it it’s completely bugged. It’s amazing how bad this app is managed

Search function is appalling and doesn’t work
If I didn’t need to use the app for tournaments I wouldn’t use it
App randomly logs you out while using, and trying to locate events is near impossible, the locate function dose not work at all. I hope this app gets fixed at some point but I have little to no expectations for that
It’s terrible and unfortunately necessary
Every 40K tournament requires this terrible app and there’s no one else compiling list data. It’s CONSTANTLY saying you don’t have a subscriptions when you do in fact have one. Refuses to show lists. It’s terrible and honestly the devs should be ashamed of themselves for charging for something like this.

It works mostly
While the app works most of the time, lag-outs and slow features make it unwieldy and difficult to use. It’s a tool, nothing more, nothing less.
Worst app ever
If all the 40K tournaments and events didn’t use this so called “app” I would never have been made aware of the dog water excuse of app. Good luck searching any events in your area. It doesn’t matter if you go off your location or 50 miles from a city as it will show you events half way across the world. I am in NE WA and it was showing me events in New Zealand! Every time I log in I have to change my password as somehow it is incorrect even though I used a literal pad and paper to write it down. This is the only app I have ever reviewed. This made me want to go to school to become a programmer, make a better app, and put these bozos out of business.

The worst. WORST
I have never taken any time to review an app becuase it’s always a waste of time. I am taking time to review this app.
It is the single most worthless app I have ever used. The fact I have to even use this thing to attend events is stupid. All that aside to not even have the app work?? It’s just a headache compounded and makes getting into this hobby WAY harder than it needs to be. I’m no programmer but it doesn’t seem hard to create generic search for game tournaments. Nothing comes up that is relevant. The login process is ridiculous 9/10. Just the worst. Do better. Whoever made this should feel bad because it works bad
