Excellent and simple to use
You just have to know how to use it, load the picture, click on the padlock then move target to start of cut point, click on the red pin to put a mark of cut point, move the target mark to the next point you want the cut to continue from then press the pin again to mark next cut from point, do so to mark around your image, when done click on green mark sign and go to your image folder to find completed image there.... quick and easy, whoever marked it down didn’t know how to use it...
