I started playing after years, and i had to update, and then i got a screen saying my ACCOUNT WAS RESTRICTED AND MY HOURS AND HOURS OF PLAYING AND PROGRESSION WERE LOST.
Ads that force opening apps/sites
HORRIBLE ad techniques. The Temu ad includes buttons to OPEN Temu or CANCEL. Both force the opening of Temu - CANCEL opens it! It even locks your device so that you cannot avoid opening Temu no matter what! Very dishonest!
It’s glitching
The game won’t let me access it and says my age wasn’t verified but I’m over 18. What’s wrong with the game?

This game has been one of my favourite for many years and that why it upsetting I can’t play anymore. It says my account was restricted and that the version wasn’t available to play anymore. I am very confused by this and what happened. But before all this it was a great game.

The game was good i used to play it a lot on my grandmas phone but know it says that only 18+ can only play like what i mean kids can to you know so i am looking forward to fixing it so little kids can play it too

For some weird reason notifications are duplicated today. Two of everything with same date stamp. Everything…….?🤔 -Same duplication on notifications. But tap one and both clear. BUG……🐛

March 21/26 Tried to sync to Facebook. It goes through the motions but when back to app it isn’t acknowledged. Still says connect to FB. Using data didn’t have any effect. Fix please. Thks.

Loved the game since release but the money is ridiculous
I have loved this game for years. However, I am losing patience with the real money they expect you to spend. Sure, you don’t HAVE to, but in events you unlock a character customisation - not the character. The actual character would take a long time to earn gold to get, or you buy the gold for &25. Why would you spend £25 each time you want a character from a n event? They should be giving the character in events not a customisation for one you should purchase. Makes the events useless and no desire to partake in them.

I’ve been playing this forever, I’m on level 8,218, so I’m up there, but here is the new reality of this game… “Here’s some gold. By the way, you’re gonna’ have to use it all to get past the next levels”. EVERY time I get any gold either by purchase or reward, I IMMEDIATELY have to use it to get past the next levels.
