Medicube Ad😡😡😡
I love this game I’ve been playing it for years but I detest the ads especially the Medicube Ad. It automatically opens a webpage and from the webpage opens my Amazon app it drives me nuts I have to close out the game to make it stop. Please do something about this!!
How do I get back into the game

This starts out great but gets too hard quickly. It’s not skill, it’s luck often. I know the point is to make you buy gold to continue, but come on...
Why change the age?????
I’m confused why the age restriction for the game has gone up when the apps store says it 9+. I don’t know what new features you have added to the game for it to become inappropriate for younger players. I need some sort of clarification as to why the age rating for the game has increased so significantly. I have been playing this game for over 4 years and have had no issues with the game until now and it’s really a shame for you guys to be alienating the game for younger audiences like myself who really enjoyed playing the game.

Don’t waste time.
When is game first came out they said you could keep your level up solely, but surely that faded. Then they give you power ups, but the thing is they gave you timers and you gotta click all the stuff to get to start the game and then you lose your power. I shouldn’t have to exit out of 15 different things before I can start playing the Level and then losing my power they made the game unenjoyable

Love it!
It’s a very fun game! I wish the spinning wheel moved faster. You have to watch the same animation every time and it’s cute but once is enough. You stop have to wait on the ads. Wish you could still get the epic fiends with gold. Can never come close to finishing any events. You would have to pay to play to get those done.

Transfer progress
I used to love this game. I would binge play for days and I got super far into the game.
Got a new phone, was hoping to be able to transfer my progress so I would have to start over as I’m almost level 700 with all my fiends at level 20…
Well I guess I can’t transfer it since my old phone was Apple and the new phone is Samsung. As my two options are Apple ID/Google play id or Facebook.
Well I don’t have Facebook. Despite that, I like this game. So I made a Facebook account LITERALLY JUST SO I COULD TRANSFER MY PROGRESS. And it didn’t work.
I’m so beyond irritated. So I guess I can’t play anymore. Really disappointed there isn’t any other way to do this.

They locked me out
So apparently my version of best fiends is unavailable and so I can’t even start over and stuff this sucks!
Age change
Why did you change the age rating? Any gambling, ads, violence or anything else? I hope not.

The game has said the current version isn’t supported for nearly 2 weeks, despite there being an update in that time and no response from support
Account Restricted
So ticked right now! Been playing the game for YEARS- and all of a sudden the game gives me a message that my account is restricted and the version of the game is no longer supported. I contact support a few times- like it encourages you do if you believe there’s an error- and no response. Spent money but way more of my time on this!!!

Unable to get lost progress
After years of gameplay I synced my game with Facebook as suggested by the game and lost EVERYTHING. That was over SIX MONTHS ago and customer service only gives me this response whenever I check in “…Your ticket remains open and is being closely monitored by our team. As soon as we have additional information or a resolution to share, we will contact you right away..." So basically be wary of how much you spend (time and money) because of you lose it, they can't fix it!

I used to play this game before but I don’t know what happened but why do I need to be 18+ to play the game? I mean it looks like a child friendly and goofy game about bugs and the age rating is even 9+ so I’m just confused
