Worst food app ever
Firstly, let me say I am not casting a negative view of the food quality, I order from Best Food a lot.
The app, however, is a disaster and getting worse. So many basic errors. Doesn't accurately recognise my location. They removed the old account system (what was wrong with a simple username and password?) - so now, you get an email to login. But whether you click "Access Account" or "Sign In" you are taken to the App store to download the app. I already have the app, that's how I ordered. If I click "Open App" from the app store, I am directed back to ask for another sign-in email, and the loop continues.
Same for payment. I click to pay the amount - nothing happens, I am in a loop continually reverting to "Pay". And several other really amateur bugs besides. Seriously, hire a 12-year-old who has done a basic X-code course, it would be a lot better than whichever clown "designed" this.
If you live within 30 minutes of Faringdon, save yourself the frustration and just drive to the outlet.
