Exactly what I was looking for
Great for interval training without any annoying music - very handy if following the NHS couch to 5k podcasts which feature terrible background music. Can simply enter the running and walking intervals into this app instead!

A ton of value for no fee. Adverts are not obtrusive. Very helpful and easy. Good sound selection.
Great timer
for circuits etc. very easy to set-up, happy with the free option, as I only need it to time about 40x1 minute. Nice that I can play music from it too. Very good! 5+
