I just tried this on my iPad- the map appears and then immediately closes

Just tried to open on iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app just closes down every time:(
Crashes
Used it for many years. Now it just crashes and is unusable.
My review
I go to the app and turn it on and it turns off by itself in a few seconds and goes to my Home Screen.

I guess the app stops working after a while? I went to use it and it just flashed open then shut off. I deleted it and re-down loaded it only to have the same issue.
Maybe that is so you have no choice but to pay for a new subscription? It would be nice to have some notice or info about it.

Can’t change date
Can’t test the calendar planning before buying full version
The app works in the UK and gives you a ‘live’ position for the sun and moon. However, I can get that by looking up at the sky!! As others have said, clicking on the calendar button to plan ahead for a photo shoot, takes you straight to an upgrade screen. Potentially, this app looks good but who would buy the full version without trying it first? Come on developers, allow access to the full version for a limited time. It’s not difficult! So, just 1 star for usefulness of the free version but 4 stars for its potential. But I won’t be buying until I’ve tried it.

Needs update
Potentially a very useful app but fails to deliver. In app upgrade fails to work.Page of lunar phases flicks to in App upgrade page before it's possible to view all the lunar phases. Once map or satellite info page opened for current location it is not possible to check our another location without closing & re- opening app. App update long overdue.Until update comes no point in purchasing the version.Better still save your money and purchase The Photographer's Ephemeris.

I've been using this for several years and love it. Allows me to plan my shoot.
Crashes when I try to open
I bought this but it's not working as its crashes everytime I try to open it. Not happy at all. I am on iOS 9.1

Disappointed
I upgraded to the full version as to use the calendar and have used it fine for months, although it would only let me view the current month which can be irritating. Now I have got the iPhone 6 and downloaded the app again (which it remembered I'd already downloaded previously) and it's the lite version again. So I am expected to repurchase the full version, unsure if this is a fault of the app creator or the App Store but either way it shouldn't happen. I have otherwise enjoyed the app for moonrises/sets in Perth.

Not what it says on the tin
Works in the UK. But only for live readings. Callander just brings up a upgrade offer you can't use it. So for live info it's ok. Planning don't waste your time.
Good app
I am using this app with my iphone 4, and I live in the UK I'm having no problems using this to see the rise and setting of the sun and the moon so far.
