Counting backwards

Not a bad design but after 2 miles it started counting backwards. Also would be nice to have more options to setup your prices

Crashing Crashing !!!!

Rip off

I purchased the pro version and now you want a monthly fee. Apple are a disgrace allowing this rip off

I don’t like the last update.

The last update was so bad.
The screen is ugly compared to to the last version.
The second thing the ability to rotate the screen is not available.
It’s better if you down grade to the old version.
And third is when you start the app there is long time ads comes in the beginning. It should be come in the end after i am ending the trip.

We are sorry for your experience but let me clarify a few things here. First of all the landscape mode is available please make sure you have not turned off your rotation from the phone. The user interface is far better and practical compare to the old version and faster in terms of performance and it is compatible with with latest UI guidelines. Adverts are there to annoy you to be honest so you buy the full version and if I put them at the end of the trip then nobody will be buying the full version as they can slide off the app at the destination, commen sense!

I preferred the old style that I payed for I do understand why you are doing a monthly subscription as everybody’s costs have gone up, I should not have updated is there anyway I can download the older style

I bayed 4.95£ last week to remove the ads and but they updated the app 2 days ego and the ads came back and when I tried to restore my purchase it says “nothing to restore” . It feels like a scam. I am definitely going to report you and get back my money.

Hi there, I am sorry for the inconvenience but we did post it on our Facebook page and in the updates what's new section about this change and advised to turn your automatic update off if you wanted to keep the old version. This is by far the better version in our opinion. Please give it a go. You can always contact us through the apps info button if there is a feature you would like to have in the app and we'll happily implement it for you. The previous version was not 100% compatible with the newer iOS versions so we had to come up with a better approach.

Update!!!

Was very happy with the old app, paid for it so no adverts. Opened app today and it’s the new one, lost my tariff and its full of adverts! Raging tbh, cheers Mohammed!…….and no I didn’t update it!

Not usable

I’d like to be able to change the monetary exchange to dollars but I don’t see a way to do that. I’m in the US I need to be able to use it here if I can.

Hi

Needs update! The meter is great when all setup, BUT when you only get 1 BAR you lose money as it don’t work and stops ticking over needs updates to stop this as you would be losing money. Apart from that I would say this is fantastic app. I’ve gave it 3 star as needs updates to the app.

Resets without notice

This app was working great until the last couple of weeks. Now it will certainly reset to zero without notice and I go to another app and then go back to it. And used to keep running in the background but apparently does not do that anymore and that makes it very inconvenient

Text Version For Receipt

Couldn’t test the free version. So not buying full version.

Wanted to try before possibly buying the full app, but can’t even test it, there is a big advert right across the middle of the map and settings buttons.

Signal on meter shows low

Signal bars on meter shows low if the bars are not full meter won’t start, even though the phone signal is full. 4 of my friends have same problem when contacting the maker of app he doesn’t reply even though I’m paying for it. It’s a problem that they won’t fix or they can’t fix. The best version was the first one made never have a problem after the updates now for years same problem no fix in sight

Tarriff

You cant change the tarriff as you go like the previous version e.g. you pick up 4 passengers, then pick up another 2 you will have to change the tarriff where before you could but now you cant.
Previous version was alot better.

App keeps crashing and no support

The taxi meter app has been a very useful app. I have paid for the full app and it has worked fine up until a few months ago. The app has suddenly started to crash more and more frequently. I have deleted the app and installed a clean version, however the problem still persists. I have tried to get some app support but the link just takes me to a webpage with no options. This is very disappointing and frustrating. Please resolve these issues.

Unreliable

App only starts 10% of the time to calculate properly. Trip starts 45% of the time but does not do anything but show trip duration without calculating. It’s too unreliable for a business application. Certainly not worth $5 to turn off the obnoxious adds.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. We had this issue with one of our user and restarting the phone fixed the issue. So for the new iPhones its volume up volume down then hold the lock button until you see apple logo. Hope that helps. Thank you for using BTM.
