They tell you that is a free trial but they will charge 38 dollars and it’s thought to cancel since the app won’t allow you to right now I’m dealing with my debit card provider so they can cancel or return the payment

This vpn seemed great until I changed to a longer term monthly subscription and it stopped working. Their support couldn’t help and I was left without refund and without access to a vpn (I couldn’t connect for whatever reason). I honestly wish I would have paid a few more dollars for a better vpn because I wouldn’t be out even more money now.

Will not Authenticate
Worked great at first. Now, all it does is flash "User Authenticate failure". The Service is useless for me currently. I get the same message on my MAC. I have emailed the developer several times to help fix the issue, no response. So basically, I'm paying for a service that is useless. If this is the customer service they are going to provide; I say do not buy! ONE STAR, less if I could give it!

Best VPN - Unlimited Proxy is definitely the worse VPN I have tried. And I have tried a few of them already and I’ll have to continue to look but thankfully many are with a trial period. ...From reviews I was confident this VPN was definitely going to be the one for me. I was very wrong! I don’t know if people write problems they experience or just want to be positive in their feedback when writing reviews. Seriously, if you’re not using your phone or waking up to use your phone or you’ve left it idling in your hand or on the table for an extended time, you will soon get annoyed that you will have to keep manual hitting the ‘connect’ button on their App and keep reconnecting your VPN service because it disconnects frequently. And unlike other VPN services that reconnects you automatically if it detects that you are opening your internet browser ‘Best VPN’ does not. You could find yourself as I did, doing your banking only to find out that during it your VPN had disconnected itself. And it’s not like there is a pop-up to say your VPN is off but the VPN symbol has disappeared and you didn’t even know. Not because you weren’t looking but because it’s disconnected when it shouldn’t have. I looked before banking and saw my VPN service was connected but when I finished a few minutes later I saw I wasn’t connected. #I just signed up for 12 month plan which I will be canceling quick smart. If I could think of something positive I would have written it. I’m so annoyed with the App.

A quick, easy to use VPN for unblocking in countries where thats needed. This app gives me fast and reliable internet, at times the connection can be great and it gets the job done. Ive never had a problem with this app and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this app!
