App Crashes
Please fix. I own two useless products now as I bought two.
Filled with in app ads
There really shouldn’t be any in app ads if your purchasing a device but there is a full screen ad on load and an annoying banner ad at the bottom that blocks your way to adjust settings.
Crashes
The app crashes every time I open it within minutes.
Spyware collects your location
It is impossible to use the app without logging into their server. It is spyware. Please read the terms and conditions.

Deceptive Privacy Policy
Collects lots of personal data and information from your phone. While this is disclosed in the privacy policy of the app itself (they call it privacy police in the app), it clearly conflicts with the privacy assessment on the App Store.
Except from app:
We collect mainly information that relates to your use of our services, which includes:
(i) information provided by you when you register to our applications or order our products, such as: demographics, your first and last name, your email address, your gender, age, height, weight and approximate location (where the device was bought); (ii) information relating to your use of the device, which includes the number of hours you sit and move each day, the pain levels you experience, your postures and progress;
(iii) information about your health and wellbeing, which includes habits, work environment, fitness routines and training preferences.
(ⅳ) information that is generated during your use of the application. According to the permission you granted, the application will receive and record the information about the device you use, including device attribute information (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifier and other software and hardware feature information), device location information (such as location information obtained through GPS, Bluetooth or WiFi signal), device connection information (such as IP address, telecom operator) , visit date and time, etc;
We also collect the contents of all correspondence between ourselves and our Customers.
