This is a super productive app. Suggestions: contracts creation-templates built in. Booking services for client to pick. Year and monthly recruitment, dashboard customization. But other than than app is close to be perfect. Thanks for hard work 🙌

Useful and easy to set up
Bestmate is very intuitive and easy to setup. We are able to send estimates, invoices, and track customer history. I like that it can do all my work for me, plus it allows me to accept credit cards and customer notes & photos. Getting a website allows me to track all my leads. Their customer service is great - they jump on a call anytime. The integration with Zapier had a few minor issues they resolved, I recognize that perfect software can’t exist. We’ve tried a bunch of software programs, this one ranks stronger and fit our bill the best in what we were looking for. They also keep adding new features which is great.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE FOR THIS APP !!! signed up for a basic plan to try it out. There were countless errors regarding the integration from my current data and the app itself is very limited. There is no way to cancel your subscription within the app or even with the desktop site, which is awful to navigate. I’ve emailed , text and called several times to cancel but have received no reply. I’ve had to go direct to my bank to cancel the payment !. Can’t do enough for you when signing up , complete radio silence when you want to cancel . STAY AWAY !

Bestmate has been a game-changer for my handyman business. My company has been using Bestmate for a couple of months. Pros: super easy to use and navigate, estimates, job visits and schedule in one place, follow-up reminders for invoices, tracks expenses / mileage and time, get payments in app, helpful dashboard. The help / support center is responsive. I get the impression the developers are working to improve functionality every day. This app helps me do my job & stay organized on the field. It can really be used by any service or contractor business like cleaning, home services, hvac, lawn/landscape. I really love using Bestmate!

Great for service businesses!
We recently started a cleaning service. We rely on Bestmate to keep track of visits, jobs, quotes and invoices. We're very happy with it overall. Has everything you need – tracks multiple jobs, gives you reminders about overdue invoices and you can have notes for your clients. Reasonable rate compared to other mobile field service and cmms apps like Markate and Intuit. This is better, easier, and has more features.
