Love the mower I’d def buy another if I had too . Add a way to remotely control and see live video . When I’m not home mower had got stuck So being able to control it from out of town would be great Also it help if it has a prob docking to changer

The app is fantastic, support listens to their users, and is constantly adding new features. One feature in particular we asked for, was the ability to access the on-board camera system on the mower, and boy did BestMow deliver! If you don’t have a lot of time for mowing, consider BestMow, you won’t regret it!

I couldn’t be happier with my BESTMOW robot mower. From the start, the customer service has been fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and willing to help with any setup questions I had. The mower itself has quickly become one of my favorite tools. It’s surprisingly easy to maintain, simple to clean, and changing the blades takes almost no effort.
When it’s out working, it cuts with near silence, so I can enjoy my yard or even take calls without any background noise. One of my favorite features is the live view, which lets me keep an eye on its progress right from my phone. I can also adjust the cutting height or change its mowing direction on the fly, which makes it very customizable for my lawn’s needs.
I have three separate lawn areas, and the BESTMOW handles them all with ease. It navigates smoothly, detects animals or obstacles in its path for safety, and never fails to leave a clean, even cut. While it works, I get to relax or focus on other projects, and I can’t count the number of times neighbors or passersby have stopped to ask me about it.
All in all, this mower has taken a time-consuming chore off my hands and replaced it with a smart, quiet, and reliable solution. If you’ve ever thought about investing in a robot mower, I can confidently say that the BESTMOW is worth every penny. I absolutely love mine.

Add feature
Need to add feature so we can adjust the speed of the mower cause sometimes it misses the grass and have to redo areas . Maybe just have a 5 different speeds to the way it rolls

Locked Out of My Mower, No Support from BestMow
I bought a used BestMow robotic mower and it worked fine for three weeks—until the company rolled out an activation code system. Since I bought it secondhand, I didn’t have a code and the mower became unusable. I can’t get past the activation code first page on the app.
When I contacted customer support, they were rude and accused me of being scammed or stealing the unit, despite me having proof of purchase. They refused to help or offer any solution.
If you’re considering a robotic mower, I strongly recommend looking at other brands that actually support their customers and respect secondhand ownership.

I love my BestMow!
Set up was a little tricky so I had my son and his buddy come over to help me. Mapping the property on where to cut and what to avoid was easy. I’m hoping your creative team is coming up with a snow shovel system next…(maybe call it “BestSnow”?). Just a suggestion. Anyway, thank you again for BestMow. We call it “Walter” at my house. :)

Think Long and Hard
Initial ordering was simple, shipping was quick for a large product (1 calendar week) from California to Ohio. Set-up was more than frustrating ending in my request for a return label 24 hours after receiving.
Spent 1 hour on physical setup to meet requirements to obtain adequate gps signal. Pay special attention to this prior to your order. You MUST be able to place 2 pieces of hardware 7ft from any structure with available power to meet the guidelines for gps signal. I was able to meet this very stringent requirement.
After 6 more hours of chatting, calls, reboots, video calls… still the product failed. No offer to exchange for a different device due to defective us it or anything. Simply another request to call me back with more information.
The concept is great, execution has much room for improvement.

Decent Mower/App
This mower does decent, although the cameras don’t seem to actually work. It only uses the bumper and satellite, but not the cameras. The bumper doesn’t always work either and gets stuck on small things at times. But it does decent for what it is.
Customer Support is literally NON-EXISTENT. So hard to get ahold of anyone through email, live chat, phone, etc.
My first mower only worked for a bit but they replaced it with a new one when that one broke, so that’s a plus at least. This one has done decent.
The app you have to consistently mess with and go to random settings just to get it to show the “Mow Once” and “Scheduled Mows”. It takes me forever to get that done. So if they could update the app and customer support, it would be much better. Decent overall.

Awesome mower
Workers great savings me lots of time on the weekends. Only wish is for a future update to see the video feed when the mower has a issue in the yard.
Bestmow does work
Bestmow is great. I’m a real person from NJ. Setup is kinda complicated but not hard. It won’t go over tall weeds so they need to be cut down. Otherwise, I use this for my gnarly yard that is a problem to cut. This thing does it without an issue. If you’re thinking about getting one, you should. It’ll cut 95% of your property. Just need to edge/weed whack occasionally
