很抱歉给您带来不好的体验，您提的问题我们测试团队进行反复测试也没有复现，我们猜测是不是个别机型因为缓存机制不同，导致新旧版本缓存冲突造成异常显示。如下方法可以解决该问题👉：清缓存后下载新版。 您可以升级为最新版后，进入个人中心-我的设置-清除缓存试试，如果还不行，可删除APP再下载最新版即可。🔔温馨提示：我们的数据免费云存储于您的账号，删除应用后数据也不受影响。 如果仍有问题，可进个人中心-客服咨询进去后联系人工即可。

很抱歉给宝宝带来不好的体验，该问题已修复，请删除旧版APP及历史数据，并下载最新版就没有这个问题了，数据跟着账号不影响哦～～

Hi there, thanks for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear about the issue with the opening screen ads. On some devices, this may happen due to different cache settings. Please try the following steps: 1.Go to Profile > Settings > Clear Cache, then update to the latest version. If it still doesn’t help, uninstall and reinstall the app (for Mini Program users, please delete it, restart WeChat, and re-enter). 2.Go to Profile > Personal Info > Log out, then log back in. 3.For overseas users, try switching the network option from the top left corner of the login page. 🔔 Good news: Your data is always safely stored in the cloud, so uninstalling or reinstalling won’t cause any data loss. If the problem continues, please reach out through Profile > Customer Service and our team will assist you right away.
