A Bookie set to make a big splash!
Only came across Alpha Bet recently, but a big fan of what they offer from a betting perspective. Excellent promos for casual or regular punters, and the app is quite smooth compared to some of the competitors!
Not so great.
I asked to cancel a bet as I was going overseas, and the match had already being delayed by over 30 hours due to rain.
Most bookies wouldn’t have an issue with cancelling that match as it’s very tough to withdraw and access your emails overseas the customer service clerk declined my request. They proceeded to tell me that it’s in play but it isn’t and I gave them every source they needed.
