Apps stuck on loop

Every single time I open the app, I get a popup screen forcing me to register for a new account. It completely locks me out of my existing account. The only way I can use the app is to completely delete it and redownload it every single time I want to use it. Please fix this bug. Until then I’m taking my winnings and using a different Sportsbook .

Good app overall. Easy to use, clean layout, and the promos/bonuses are straightforward. Deposits and bets are simple, and I haven’t had any issues so far.

Much better app

when the app first came out, it was kind of glitchy and hard to use but recently the app has been getting updated and actually very smooth and easy. It's easy to find the rewards and promos, and the daily prize wheel is an awesome update that keeps bringing me back every day!

I’ve been using Desert Diamond for a while and the improvements over the past 6 months have been great. Whether it’s the daily prize wheel or the blitz bonus bets, there are a ton of promotions and free bets available. And there is no hassle with withdrawals.

One of my go to Sportsbooks

Solid experience overall! The site is easy to navigate, promotions are a nice bonus, and bets are quickly resolved. Customer support is awesome and always responds timely. Not much more you could ask for!

EDIT: The app updated and seems to run more smooth rather than before.

sportsbook app is dreadfully slow even on the newest iphone 17 models.

anything you want to do it takes at least 5 seconds of loading wheel symbol just to load.

quite literally the worst experience you could design.

1/5 stars. needs improvement. i would avoid using this book simply because it feels like you're using an iphone from 2014.

Sketchy business practices dont trust them

Im a regular sports bettor, well familiar with rules behind promotions offered I read the fine print of every promo I play. This book has a feature I thought was nice, it allows you to track the play though of your bonus cash so you know when youve played enough to withdraw it….I thought. After playing through what this app lead me to believe was enough funds to start withdrawing I was emailed by their support team advising me they would only release my deposited cash(days into the withdrawal process). The app allowed me to submit a withdrawal for the funds won on the bonus, the money was listed as cash(not bonus funds) in my account. This is at best slimy business practice and at worst an outright theft. Forwarding to AZ dpt of gaming stay away from these guys

As soon as i joined made my deposit made some bets then they said they were unable to identify me and comeback in 6 Months With my accionar close

Account activation

I’ve seen reviews about the withdrawal process being lengthy but my account activation took multiple days when every other sportsbook out there just takes a few minutes. So look elsewhere if you want to join a new book and place a same day or next day bet. Won’t happen here

Do not download this app or use this sports book!!!

This app is horrible very glitchy, and the user interface sucks. Also they took all my personal information and told me I was good to go. Then, a day later they said I could not access the app until I gave them more of my personal information. I sent the information to them and then they said that I was unable to be verified and would not be able to use the application. I have signed up with multiple books and not once did I have any issues verifying my identity. Do not use this sports book it is quite literally the worst sports book ever!!!

Good for beginners

I was worried I’d be overwhelmed by all the different options but it’s been easy to find the games I want to follow. Getting my account verified was quick. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about a couple of the emails. Few months later it seems to keep improving, a solid app. Will keep using.

Horrible

I would not wish this app upon my worst enemy. This casino is terrible, their service is terrible, and they hold your money and request a flurry of documents should you even ATTEMPT to withdraw. My bets were limited within days of opening my account, and when I got fed up and tried to bail, they held my funds hostage. The UI is also slow and clunky, when it works at all. Download Bet365, Fanatics, Fanduel, or literally ANY other app.

The app is good, works well. The welcome offer is really great and doesn’t have crazy restrictions. And, even if they’re not the big guys (FD, DK) I like that Desert Diamond is a locally owned and operated company
