Too many ads
I’m only here to watch TP sistas and there are tooooo many add about 5mins worth before the episode really starts then two minutes ads every 5/6 minutes. I grew up watching BET this is so disappointing
Login error
It refuses to let me login. Could this possibly be a bug? As soon as I click login (before inputting any info) it says error. I have deleted the app, redownloaded and swiped out of the app and relaunched it. Could this be looked into?
Too many ads
Ads every 60 seconds or less at the beginning/end of each episode, with additional ads throughout the episode. The ads are off putting and I find myself finding something else to watch on another app. Bet plus app is much better with ads but doesn’t have the full seasons of most shows. Corporate greed at its finest!

Terrible app
Worst streaming app I’ve used. It’s constantly buffering. The shows don’t resume where you left off. I often have to exit and reopen the app just to watch a show.
Most remedial app
Please tell my why this app functions like something from a startup company? Extremely basic functionality, slow, and waaayy too many commercials. Makes me not even want to watch the shows anymore.
Its ok
The only real problem with the app is the amount of ads. There are more ads than the amount of show. There’s 2 minutes of ads before the show, then after the opening credits there’s another 2 minutes of ads. I would rate the app higher if there were less ads and more actual show time.

I only downloaded this app to watch one show, but the ads are ridiculous. It shows 6 ads right before the show’s theme plays, and then 6 more ads right after! Playing the same ads over and over is not gonna make me buy whatever they’re advertising!! I literally just want to watch my shows, that’s it.

WAY TOO MANY COMMERCIALS
If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.
I tried watching shows on BET Now, but it’s honestly impossible to enjoy anything with the amount of commercials they play. It feels like every few minutes the show gets interrupted again. The ads are repetitive and way too frequent—it ruins the whole experience. I expected better for a streaming app in 2025. Definitely not worth it unless they fix the constant ad overload.

I am currently in the trial version of BET NOW and counted 11 ads before an episode started. I understand the importance of ads but when it takes 2 hours to get through 1 episode, now you're cutting into people's valuable time

When watching a show, you get 2 ads. Then, the recap from the previous episodes…Then another FIVE TO SEVEN ads…Then, the introduction of the show plays for 30 seconds…Then, yes…you guessed it…another FOUR OR 5 ads. Not even 5 minutes into the show, I’ve had to watch enough commercials for the entire 25 minutes into episode!!!! It’s ridiculous!!! At the end of the show, FOUR OR FIVE ads…Then “Next time on…” and FOUR OR FIVE ads…Then the Georgia stamp…JUST THE GEORGIA STAMP and FOUR OR FIVE ads…then the credits, followed by more ads. Next episode? Start the process over with 2 more ads. I mean, really…wtf???
