I would like to know why I was a customer and now I’m not. When did this all happen? I didn’t find anywhere else to ask.
There may be something wrong with the app. Idk, but I don’t like what it’s doing.
There may be something wrong with it. At the opening of the app It says that new subscriptions are like no longer available. And well, I’m trying to sign in tho, and it’s telling me that it is not working. And i am really sure that i had previously tried to have an account made a couple of years ago, so it should have let me in no problem. Is there some way that it can be fixed?!

Unsatisfactory Service
I’ve been an ardent supporter and subscriber of BET+ for more than five years but I think it’s the end of the road for me as a paid customer given unsatisfactory streaming experience over the years. Tyler Perry’s SISTAS is in its tenth or so seasons and BET+ developers are yet to upload the ending of Seasons 8. They did the same thing with Ruthless, the Family Business and other notable shows that I loved, leaving me in a state of confusion as to what really happened in the series. It’s not economically prudent nor is it sensible to continue paying my hard earned cash for a service that continues to fall short of expectations year in and year out. It’s unacceptable. I can in good conscience recommend BET+ in its current format to anyone either. It has failed to deliver premium service as promised. I’m disappointed and disgusted.

Bugs and issues
I have been trying to watch shows through the and it has steadily crashed every time I open the app. I have re-downloaded it several times including new things involving my phone.
Playback Error
I’m having an issue with the application. Everytime i try to rewind, it goes to the previous ad break and resets the whole thing to the beginning of the ad break. Please fix this issue
After Updating App Videos & Subscription Not Available
After updating app videos and subscription not available. Why did I update if the contents is no longer available. Please create a “this app is no longer in service” text box or window prior to prompting user to update the app if not working and is no longer supported because more content is available via Paramount plus. So will users get refunds? For the paid subscription service for the BET app?

This app has been tripping. I can’t watch an episode without it freezing up or exiting out of the whole app. I’m starting to not want to be bothered at this point and not pay for my subscription
Disappointing
I tried to download the app so I could watch a show I saw a clip of on TikTok only to find out I can’t get a subscription to the app because I’m not a pervious subscriber, so how am I supposed to watch this show that I really wanna watch. What are the circumstances preventing new subscribers I want to spend my money and time watching your shows. I’m just upset because it looked like a really good show and now I’ll never know.

Episodes freeze too many times but audio keeps going 0/10
Poor customer service and app
The app didn't work correctly on my iphone. Customer services response was use a different device. Then when I said I wanted to use my iphone, I was told not to use subtitles. I like subtitles.
Keeps crashing and getting hung up in the ads
New user and it is a terrible experience using the app from my phone. It gets hung up constantly and I’ve tried all the troubleshooting shooting techniques. Maybe they need to update the app.
Glitching & Repeated ads
App glitches like crazy if you try and skip through, sometimes even without fastforwarding/backtracking. When I try to get to where I left off in the shows it makes me rewatch ads multiple times because it won’t start at the correct timestamp, sometimes restarting the whole episode and I’m stuck sitting through ads I’ve already watched to get to the scene I left off at. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app multiple times. Extremely annoying I just started a subscription last week and won’t be keeping it because of this.

probably one of the worst platforms to watch shows on BECAUSE of the glitches! Like seriously, i’m deleting the app. I’ve given it months and months to fix the issue. I’m over it.
Issues with app
I Love this app but I’m thinking of canceling my subscription because it doesn’t stay up to date with the shows for example the sitcom sisters is on season 10 or 11 and the app stops at season 8

This app is glitching so much I can’t even enjoy my show. I keep having to redownload app on my iPhone and iPad. Log out log back in. I’m ready to cancel my subscription. So annoying ugh!!!

Glitches
Every time I try to have the show go forward by using ten sec or moving cursor. The movie goes back to and ad and I be patient and try afterwords. It goes back to behind and start it all over again even with same ad. It’s kind of ridiculous so usually watch my show and cancel till new season
