Do not download this app if you’re in Canada. It has never worked for me and I’ve tried on and off for over a year. You would think that they would make some changes so that we Canadians can use it but I guess they’ve not read any of the feedback from anyone. Don’t even bother with the website either

Not the best app
The bingo games seems legit and fun but the app keeps crashing and logs you out everytime - the faceID also never saves and consistently asks if you want to enable when its already been done 10x. Its so annoying and makes it less interesting to play.

Silly Rules
The decision to stop some regular players being able to play chat games when we have been a regular players since the site started (over 15 years!) depositing weekly and playing through over £100 a week is difficult to understand. To say this is due to responsible gambling is complete folly especially when other players maxing in 3 rooms at the same have no such restrictions. This was a great site but the rule change is unfathomable, unfair and unequitable. I now play elsewhere with less depositing and less staking - enjoy you new Brazilian players until they leave. No loyalty to regular players - great shame loved this site, the CMs and the roomies 😥

Keeps crashing
Had this app for a few months now and I thoroughly enjoyed it at first but it’s getting on my nerves now when it keeps on crashing when you go in and try to play. I had to constantly delete and install the app. Hopefully this gets sorted soon.

I downloaded this today and deposited £6. Ended up wining £95 I know it’s not a lot but for £6 I was quite please. Not a lot of games to choose from but the games on there are fun.
